Yes, our rates are all-inclusive. Your monthly rent covers utilities, high-speed internet, weekly cleaning, and access to condo amenities. However, if there is an excess in the utility cap, the excess cost will be shared equally among housemates. 

Yes, visitors are allowed until 10pm. No overnight visitor is allowed.
